Returns
The Wrench Monkey offers customers a 30-Day Return Policy allowing merchandise return for a full product refund including taxes.
Refunds can be expect 3-5 business days after the return has been processed depending on the mehtod of payment.
What to do if a part does not fit
General Return Policies
- Regular order items are accepted within 30 Days of the date of purchase.
- New items must always be returned in the original packaging and must be deemed in resalable condition.
- Items not in original packaging, or deemed not to be in resalable condition, may be refused, or subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
- Clear tape only. Duct tape, or other coloured tapes are not acceptable.
- Under certain conditions, new items may be accepted past the 30 day policy, at which point they would be subject to a restocking fee
- General return policies do not apply to discontinued or obsolete items.
- Special ordered, or back ordered items may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Special ordered items may be non-returnable.
Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label
Customers may request a pre-paid return label to facilitate returning items and to take advantage of lower shipping rates, however customers are responsible for the returned shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Large volume orders
Large order quantity items that are special ordered may not be returnable, or may be subject to restocking fees.
Electronic Parts or Component
Electronics items which are non-returnable as per the manufacturer policies such items may include, but are not exclusive, ECMs (computers). Other electronic items may not be returned if plugged in or unsealed for any reason such items may include, but are not exclusive to, oxygen sensors, air mass sensor, and other electronic items.
Core Returns
Used core items must either be shipped back to the address on RMA form, or can be returned to our Drop-Off Location, for a full refund of the core, plus all applicable taxes.
To make the core return process easier, customers can request a pre-paid return shipping label through Customer Service. This label will enable you to use our discounted shipping rates to return your items. The cost of this return shipment will then be deducted from the total amount of your return.

Yes. All core returns MUST be accompanied with the appropriate RMA for the items being returned. RMAs are simple to get, and help ensure a smooth and easy return process, allowing us to focus more time and energy on helping customers!

- Cores must be return within 30 Days of the date of purchase (60 days for remote areas).
- Core items must always be returned in the original packaging.
- Cores not returned in original packaging will be refused.
- Any core returns accepted outside the 30 day return window, may not be refunded the entire value of or core as manufacturer core prices can fluctuate, and may be subject to a 20% fee. We also reserve the right refuse core returns outside the regular return window.
